Engineer Ali Abdelzaher El-Khateeb started paving his professional career right after he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Assiut University in 1978. As a result of his distinction and excellence during his academic years, he was assigned to the position of Teaching Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering. He managed to fulfill this position’s duties while working on his master’s thesis, which he later earned in 1985, & subsequently worked as an assistant lecturer at Assiut University until 1988.
With steadfast steps and a well-prepared approach, Engineer El-Khateeb was able to achieve the highest possible academic degree in 1992; a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Roads and Airports. Believing in the importance of giving back to society and sharing the knowledge, science, and field experience he acquired, El-Khateeb returned to his mother country, Egypt, to occupy several positions, including Professor of Structural Engineering at Assiut University, and Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Al-Nahda University, in addition to being a working member of the Consultative Center at the former, and holding a membership of the Syndicate of Egyptian Engineers.

Engineer Ahmed Ali El-Khateeb grew up in a house that appreciates architecture and the art of building and construction. Alongside his passion, the way he was nurtured played a major role in deciding what he wants to become. That is why he joined the Faculty of Engineering and got his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in specific.
With his efforts, not only did Ahmed manage to join the family business and contribute to a number of the bureau’s achievements. He also worked on enriching his knowledge by participating in different scientific conferences in many countries all over the world.
Kariman serves as a highly experienced and motivated customer/profit-oriented business manager with extensive knowledge of marketing and supply chain businesses.
provides counsel and support to the CEO and the Board of Directors on all human resources and compliance matters, as well as works on various strategic initiatives and special projects. she works with the executive, program, and human resources staff in a supportive and direct manner. she is good strategic business development skills and is customer driven with an outstanding track record of business development and managing people in a highly competitive market through high energy, creativity, well planning, and a capacity for making things happen. She aims to expand the current client list and strengthen business relationships with existing ones while targeting experienced talents to join the team.
