Our Strategy

CEB’s management is capable of developing a strategic plan that suits the requirements of each project. Despite the differences that may exist from one project to another, CEB’s experts were able to define a set of priorities that grants delivering all projects with the highest possible quality, within the specified timeframe, and with no need for any additional costs over the agreed budget.

This strategic plan defines a set of priorities to unify the staff’s energy and efforts, starting from receiving the initial project forms until submitting the final report to the investor. Accordingly, and taking into account the necessary adjustments, four basic phases have been laid down for each project:

Project Evaluation Committee: who receives and studies project preliminary proposals, then assigns the project to the responsible department after preparing an analytical reference report.

Developing and Enhancing Performance: This takes place by adopting specific principles and rules to facilitate tasks by training project managers and qualifying them to the assigned projects, and providing an encouraging healthy work environment to produce harmony between engineers and workers.

Providing All Kinds of Support and Resources: including, but not limited to, securing enough meetings between parties such as project managers and project owners, providing examples of previously implemented strategic plans, in addition to providing a supervisory committee that makes sure the project’s timeline is being met and offer proper guidance for an almost error-free working environment.

Preparing Final Reports: After completing all of the above, a statistical analysis is done to compare current progress to what was agreed upon at the beginning. In the end, all the previously filed reports and statistics are collected to write a final comprehensive report to be presented to the investor.
